Any person(s) or party(ies) misusing any product sold or produced by A Photo IDentification can be held legally liable and responsible for any and all damages by the organization for which they were produced.  We do not and will not produce any state, national or legal id card(s).  Any such card(s) will be sent to the proper authorities.
